Jake Baynes, John Cooper, Mike Kousiounis (Kushy) and Dave
Morrison (Tuska). Jake had bolted down the lid since last visit. Mike at the
bottom thought the air wasn’t very good to start with but once some mud had
been removed a hole was opened up with a good draught coming out. John was on
the top hauling and Dave was emptying the spoil buckets. Jake was on coffee
duty. Once suitable rock was exposed Mike drilled 2 x 30mm diameter hole 8
inches deep and 28mm diameter rebar was inserted which will hold the base of
the bottom ring in place. 4 hours. John Cooper.
