Top picture is immediately below the boarding being propped up by wood and crowbar. Slight puddle to the bottom right, which is where it appears to drain.
Bottom picture is the concrete lintel, which is supported by the formwork. Extra rebar in place ready for the final pour of cement. This will take it to the lip of the bottom pipes.
